Information we process
AvatarTalk Practice processes information needed to provide workplace conversation training:
- Account email and optional display name when you sign in.
- The scenario description and generated scenario snapshot.
- Text transcript, debrief and score for signed-in sessions.
- Workspace, assignment and progress information when enterprise manager features are used.
- Limited technical and product analytics such as public scenario category, completion and repeat events.
Audio and video
We do not store your audio or video. Microphone audio is processed to produce text during a live session. Avatar video is streamed to your browser.
Anonymous and signed-in use
Anonymous users can practice without creating an account. Their conversation is not added to product history. Signed-in users have a persistent session record containing the scenario, text transcript and debrief so they can review progress and repeat attempts.
Service providers and AI processing
Scenario descriptions, live transcript text and debrief requests are processed by configured service providers that provide speech recognition, language-model generation, avatar streaming and, when enabled, operational AI observability. These providers process text to deliver and monitor the requested service under their applicable agreements and retention settings. AvatarTalk does not use learner conversations to train its own models.
Analytics
Product analytics does not receive transcript text, custom scenario descriptions or titles, email addresses, account UUIDs, database session UUIDs or other direct personal information. The browser uses random analytics-only identifiers and records limited events such as public scenario category or slug, session completion, repeat use, history views and enterprise inquiries.
Access, deletion and retention
Signed-in users can view and delete their own sessions. Deleting a session removes its transcript and debrief. To request account deletion, contact support@avatartalk.ai. Workspace owners must first delete or transfer owned workspaces. Enterprise deployments may agree a shorter retention period.
Manager access
Managers see assignment completion, scores and next-attempt goals by default. Learner transcripts are not part of the default manager report.
