Enterprise pilots

Turn critical work conversations into repeatable practice

AvatarTalk helps customer-facing teams and managers rehearse approved scenarios, repeat under pressure and review observable communication behaviors.

Typical focused pilot
  • A defined learner group
  • Three approved scenarios
  • Two completed attempts per learner
  • Manager report and recommendations

How it works

A controlled practice loop

1

Design scenarios

Define roles, business goals, policy constraints and success criteria with an AvatarTalk specialist.

2

Assign practice

Share individual assignment links and set the number of required completed attempts.

3

Review progress

Managers see completion, scores and next-attempt goals by default. Learner transcripts are excluded from standard reports.

Delivery options

Match the deployment to your requirements

Hosted pilot

Fast, scoped delivery on AvatarTalk infrastructure.

Dedicated or private

Isolation and retention requirements can be assessed and scoped for security-sensitive teams.

Scoped self-hosting

Private-cloud deployment assessed with your technical team.

On-premises or offline

A separately scoped implementation project with explicit infrastructure and model requirements.

Data and privacy

Practice without storing audio or video

Media

Microphone audio is processed for speech recognition and avatar video is streamed. Neither is stored.

Learner records

Signed-in attempts store the scenario snapshot, text transcript and debrief until deletion or an agreed enterprise retention policy.

Manager visibility

Default reporting uses completion, scores and next-attempt goals rather than transcript text.
